Which sauce is the hottest?
All of the sauces are a similar medium-ish spice level. They aren't crazy hot, but they have a little kick. Thats why we say 'Not Too Spicy. Tastes Good.'
Do the sauces contain any allergens?
None of our sauces contain ingredients from the top nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame).
We do manufacture our sauce in a shared kitchen space, so trace amounts of any allergen may be present.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are cooked up in Richmond, VA.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are considered final after shipping. If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping by mail is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
For deliveries within our local delivery zone, you will be charged a flat fee of $5. This option is automatically applied to addresses within the zone.
When will I get my order?
We ship all orders within 48 hours. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days of the purchase date. Check your tracking number for more accurate delivery estimates.
